Ernest Hemingway History

When you enter Hemingways By the Sea, it is like stepping back in time to the era of Ernest Hemingway. The house has pictures, maps and artifacts that reflect the adventures of Hemingway. The artifact collection includes items from Africa, Spain, and South America. The lounge has high ceilings much like the Finca from Hemingways visit to Cuba. Enjoy your evenings in front of the fireplace with a good cup of coffee or tea. The rooms reflect the ambiance of Hemingways world - Keywest, Serengeti, Hemingways...

Saxe Point Park

Just a few blocks from Hemingways by the Sea Bed and Breakfast is one of the most beautiful and scenic parks in Great Victoria. Operated by the town of Esquimalt, this park is a showcase for Victoria parks. The views of Juan de Fuca Strait are amazing. The park is well kept and you can walk right down to the water on the west side. Check out the Park.
